We had been to Beijing Bites over the weekend. My hubby ordered pepper chicken. He just loved it. I thought I should try something like this in my kitchen. I thought of experimenting with mushrooms.
The taste was awesome. My hubby loved it. The dish was over in no time.
We always feel good when we do some work well and receive appreciation for it. We get motivated. Even at workplace it is the same. Vice-versa is also true. When we do something well and don't receive any appreciation, our spirits go low and we feel de-motivated. We don't feel like doing the task again.
My hubby always motivates me in my life. I have become a good cook because of my hubby's praises and love. If my dish does not turn good, he never says that it is bad or taste is not good. He says that "something is missing" or he says "today my stomach is full, I will eat the remaining tomorrow". Then I get it. But whatever may be the taste, he always eats whatever I cook. Because he knows how much effort I have put into cooking food, that too after returning back from work. Moreover he knows that I have cooked a dish with lots of love and passion...

Ingredients:
After 1 minute add chopped garlic and fry till the raw smell of garlic goes off.
Add chopped onions and fry till the onions become pinkish.
Now add capsicum and fry till it gets slightly cooked/soft.
Then add chopped mushrooms and mix well.
Sprinkle black pepper powder according to your taste and mix well.
Add salt so as to avoid the mushrooms from becoming soggy.
Mix everything and fry for another 15-20 minutes or till the mushrooms get cooked.
