Many people told me that Raksha's Kitchen should also include some hard drinks on the blog. Raksha's Kitchen is a food and drink related blog. I wanted to write on an International luxury Brand, so I thought I should go ahead and write whatever I feel about the world famous Black Dog Scotch. I have seen many people having this in some of the 5 stars and 7 stars in Bangalore. This goes great when paired with some types of continental dishes. No get-togethers and parties are complete without a Black Dog Scotch. Nowadays this scotch is become a status symbol. Just like how wines are served, people have started serving Black Dog Scotch. What I like the most is the golden colour with shimmering highlights.
There are different types of Black Dog Scotch's available. I will tell you about these in detail in my next post. I am so much in love with these bottles, that I feel like writing a lot more on this.
Black Dog Scotch is one of the world's finest Scotch. It's birth took place over 130 years ago when James MacKinlay of the second generation of the Leith Scotch Whisky blending family launched the masterful whisky by the name of Millard Black Dog. In the year 1883 Walter Millard, a Scot came searching for the perfect Scotch and eventually discovered the great taste of this whisky in these misty shores of Scotland.
Walter Millard being an angler, named the whisky Black Dog in honour of his favourite salmon fishing fly used in the Spey and Tay rivers of Scotland since the early 19th century. Such is the rich history of this scotch. That was the time when a great legend was born -
Black Dog Scotch.
See this video which shows you how this rich scotch was born. The video itself is self-explanatory.
