Not just home, sometimes even at work places we tend to get bored of eating the same type of food everyday. Foodpanda.in provides a wonderful way to order food online. There are more than 1828 restaurants across India which are listed on Foodpanda which has different types of cuisine like Lebanese, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Indian,etc. There are a lot of options like South Indian, North Indian, Punjabi, Pizzas, Cakes and Bakery products, Sea food, salads, etc.
It is just a 3 step process. Just enter your area, select your order and the food will be on its way. One has to first select the city, then select the area. Once you select the area, a list of restaurants will be displayed along with a Menu and voucher details. Just click on the menu and select the dishes of your choice. A total amount will be displayed on the left hand side.
Then proceed to checkout. You can either pay by voucher or pay by cash on delivery or pay online. It will ask you to login which is a very simple process. Make sure you enter your address and phone number correctly.
Once this is done, just place your order. An SMS will be sent to your phone for verification which you have to enter to confirm your order. Done! Soon you will get a call from FoodPanda.in to confirm your order. If you get stuck somewhere, they also have a live chat feature where the support is quickly available.They also have a free hotline number 09555598888 which is operational from from morning 11 AM to night 11 PM.
Apart from this, you can preorder. This will enable you to place an order for upto 3 days. I.e. present day, next day and day after that. I liked this special feature of this website. You can even place order for your dinner in the morning itself.

The delivery of food may get delayed due to traffic on the road or any other conditions. I had placed an order to be delivered at 7.30 PM and the order arrived at 8.50 PM. These logistics depends on the restaurant and not Foodpanda.
The menu may not be the updated one and the prices may vary slightly. Foodpanda calls up and informs in case of any changes. I had placed an order for Rs.605/- but my total bill was just Rs. 535/-
If there is some problem due to which the order cannot be delivered, Foodpanda team calls up and provides an alternative. The quality and quantity of food depends on the restaurant and is not the responsibility of Foodpanda.
