Today I was feeling a bit bored and tired to cook food. I told my hubby to take me out for lunch. He told me that he was feeling lazy to get ready and to go out. Also my little one had loads of home-work to finish as she took off at her school last week. Also since I had just returned from a vacation in the USA, I had lots of things to unpack too. Just then I remembered about this wonderful site www.JustEat.in.
Being a foodie I would like to share my experience here. JustEat.in give you over a 2000 restaurants to order your food online from or book a table in. Over 52 cuisines are waiting to cuddle your taste buds, and more than 2 lakh dishes that vow to ensnare your senses...
As soon as the site opened, it showed the cities Bangalore, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Faribad, Hyderabad and Noida. Since I am based in Bangalore, I selected Bangalore. It then showed a list of restaurants in Bangalore. There is a search box too where you can enter Name, Cuisine and location. I entered my area. Opted for "Home Delivery". You can also opt for "Book a table". You can filter by Pure Veg Only and/or online payment. You can choose the minimum delivery amount too. Select the area and choose the cuisine of your choice.
Once you click on the view menu two categories for veg and non-veg will be displayed. You can click on the dish that you want to order. On the right hand side you should choose either delivery if you wish for home-delivery or pick up if you opt for in-hotel pick up of your order. You can select directions to the hotel and the reviews can be read. Once your choose your food click on "order Now". Then you will be directed to a page where you need to login. If you are a new user then it is simple to register. It takes few minutes to register. Once you do this, you will be directed to payment page. If you choose home-delivery then you have to pay online. If you have any vouchers or discount coupons, enter it in the appropriate box. Shopping on JustEat.in is completely safe and secure. Their payment services and security is checked and certified by VISA and MASTERCARD.
You can select the date and timings when you want the order to be delivered. There it will be displayed when the restaurant is operational. Soon after you place your order, you will get an SMS on your mobile. If you do not get your order on time then give a call to JustEat.in customer care who will immediately process your order and follow up and ensure that you get your food on time. I was provided with a wonderful service from JustEat.in. One of the dishes ordered was not upto the mark. But it was not the fault of JustEat.in. It was the restaurant's fault not to make the dish upto the expectations. When I informed JustEat.in, they enquired with the restaurant and provided me with a complimentary dish of my choice. I was touched by the wonderful service provided by them :)
