Pepper Prawns

One day I was feeling like eating Prawns. Prawns are one of my favorite sea food if cooked properly and if it does not stink. So you might say that sea food stinks? Yea sometimes, if it is not cleaned properly and if not marinated properly. While cleaning prawns I always ensure that the backbone(or black thread) is taken out. I don't like to keep any traces of it.

Whenever we go out for dinner, we never order fish. One reason is because they don't clean properly. One day, I was feeling bored to cook. So I went out to get packed food. When I went there I saw Pepper Prawns dish on the menu and I got tempted to buy it. Yes I bought one plate of it and carried it home. I was excited as I had purchased prawns dish for the first time. After coming home, I opened the packet. The prawns were actually stinking. I cold not bear the smell. My little one held her nose and ran away. My hubby told me to return it back. I took the dish and went to the hotel and blasted them. They said that prawns smell like that only. I said, I will make this dish and show you. I am from coastal area and know fish better then you. The hotelier was ashamed. I left the dish on his counter and came home.

Immediately, the next Sunday I made this dish. It was awesome. My hubby and little one loved it. My little one was actually licking her fingers while eating every bite of it. My hubby again told me, how lucky he was to have me as his wife :)
