Masala Omelette Recipe Using MyAsusZenFone

Today I ventured upon a new experiment in my kitchen. I have got a brand new smartphone Asus Zenfone 5. Asus is a global leader driven by innovation and commitment to quality and this phone has received the Budget Smartphone Of The Year - 2014 award at Exhibit Tech Awards-2014. Ever since this phone arrived, I am kinda in love with it. I am trying all the features using this smartphone. The first thing that I liked is the large screen of 5 inches. Next thing that I liked is the light weight and sleek body. Some of its notable features include an 8MP PixelMaster camera, Corning® Gorilla® Glass, GloveTouch and the new ASUS ZenUI. The Corning Gorilla Glass is scratch free and you need not buy another screen guard for this phone.

Since I am a food blogger I cook and I also visit restaurant for reviews and tasting sessions. I love to click pictures of food when I go for food tasting sessions. Carrying the big DSLR camera becomes difficult at times, specially when I go for reviews directly from my office. Carrying this sleek smartphone is a real boon as it has a great 8 MP PixelMaster camera. I really loved the camera of the Zenfone 5 which gives excellent image quality which comes from superb and unique technology known as PixelMaster which is developed by Asus. It is due to this technology that #MyAsusZenfone produces high quality professional images which are similar to that produced by my DSLR. The lens of #MyAsusZenfone is made of high-quality 5 element optical formula. The wide aperture f/2.0 lens gathers more light, thus allowing finer details to be captured. The best thing was that it clicks high quality images in low light too using PixelMasters low light mode.

High Quality & Highly Professional Image clicked using Asus ZenFone 5 using Depth-Of-Field option
You will be amazed if you see the above picture. This was clicked using Asus Zenfone 5 today in my office. I was showing off my new gadget to my colleagues during lunch time. I decided to click a simple fruit bowl and it just worked like magic in my hands. No I did not do any sort of food styling. I just clicked a photo of the fruit bowl. The image was of high quality and looked highly professional. My colleagues went ga-ga over it.

I used this phone camera today to click step-by-step pictures while cooking the Masala Omelette. The phone camera was easy to use. Just double press the volume key to quick start the camera app and press once more to click the pictures. It was very easy to hold this phone by one hand as the soft-touch rear panel offers good grip. It is very difficult to use a DSLR camera by one hand to click pictures and cook with the other hand simultaneously. It has image stabilizer and produces shake-free images. PixelMaster ensures that the photos and videos are crisp and shake-free.

The unique GloveTouch technology lets me use this phone to click pictures even when I wear my gloves while cooking or baking. So this smartphone is a really a big boon to food bloggers.
