International Women’s Day is round the corner. Every year women’s day has a theme and this year’s theme is gender parity. Have you ever felt biased due to gender at workplace? Have you got paid less than the male colleagues only due to gender despite of working as much as the male counterparts? Were you ever denied the freedom for higher education as you were a girl and your brother was allowed to study further? We need to speak our heart out now.
You have always fought for your right either in your house or at your workplace. Futurisk believes that a woman is tough by the virtue of her heart and her spirits.
This International Women’s Day, Futurisk invites you to share experiences that made you a tough woman. Tell them more about how you stood up against domestic abuse, how you saved your house maid or a friend against domestic abuse or protected a colleague against sexual harassment. Or if you have any other experiences, just pour your heart out.
You can submit your entries in less than 100 words along with your photograph. Any number of entries can be submitted. You can submit your entries to womensday@futurisk.in
