Grilled Pineapple Wedges And A Review Of Maharaja Whiteline Marvello 35 OTG

Some days back I received a brand new Marvello 35 OTG from Maharaja Whiteline. Since that day I have been baking and grilling and making lots of yummy and healthy dishes in my kitchen. Today I am sharing with you all grilled pineapple wedges recipe. I got inspired to cook this recipe after eating grilled pineapple in Barbecue Nation. The recipe is very simple and easy to cook and gets cooked/grilled within 40 minutes. They are perfect to serve as an appetizer for an evening party.

Before I take you all to the recipe, let me tell you bit more about the Marvello 35 OTG. The OTG comes in premium black and silver colour and looks classy on the kitchen counter. The design is pleasing and elegant. It is light weight and is easy to move due to the small 4 stands at the base. It has a capacity of 35 liters and has 1600 watt power rating. It comes with many accessories like Baking Tray, Crumb Tray, Wire Rack, Baking Tray Tong, Rotisserie Rod, Rotisserie Forks and Skewer Rods. The skewer rods are very thin and hence you can grill thin paneer tikkas without breaking them. With so many accessories it is great to try cooking new dishes.

It also has an auto shut timer of 120 minutes. Generally OTG’s don’t have a 120 minute timer. The removable crumb tray makes it very easy to clean too. With convection cooking for quicker results and Rotisserie for roasting I loved making variety of things using the OTG. There are 2 heating rods inside the OTG and you can select which you want according to the dish you want to make. The oven gets heated really very fast due to the 1600 watt power rating.

In comparison to my older OTG, I felt that the temperature markings on the OTG should have been bit more clear like 150 and 220 C. The cooking modes are mentioned on the OTG door. It would have been better if they were mentioned near the mode knob. Also there could have been more markings on the timer knob like every 10 minutes instead of every 20 minutes.

The OTG is very spacious enabling you to bake 2 cakes or 2 pizzas at a time. This all-rounder appliance ensures a delightful and easy cooking experience while dishing out delicious cakes, cookies, muffins, freshly toasted breads, crispy papads, lip smacking kebabs, grilled chicken wings, tikkas and the list goes on. Also, with the festive season gradually burgeoning, these amazing OTGs are a perfect choice of gift for self or for the loved ones.

This OTG is priced only at RS. 9499/- But I have a good news for you all. You can get additional 25% discount too. Just mail vikas.chandra@maharajawhiteline.com and mention that you read about the OTG in my blog and avail the discount. So isn’t it a good news? Now I want you all to enjoy the delicious recipe. Do try it out and let me know.
