If you have a poor/picky eater, simply boil the veggies and make a soup like this and give it to your child. This soup is also very good when we get cold or sore throats. Drinking this hot soup not only makes you full, but also gives you number of health benefits.
Soups and
salads are always a healthy option compared to junk and processed foods.
It is always good to drink this soup as it is instead of drinking sugar loaded soft-drinks or aerated drinks. Canned juices are loaded with lots of preservatives, so we can drink this soup without adding the spices simply as juice. I also make
palak soup and it is a family favorite.

After cooling, grind the above mixture into a thin juice.

Note: Add water to the soup if needed.
You can add other vegies to this soup while boiling.
You can also add onion and garlic to enhance the taste.
Reduce the cinnamon and pepper powder if you don’t need a spicy soup.
