Ingredients: Prep. Time: 15 Mins, Serves: 4
4 slices whole wheat bread
2 medium sized onion, cut straight
6 tablespoon mayonnaise
6 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon Oregano/Italian seasoning
Procedure:
1) Grill the bread using a Panini grill press.
2) While the bread is getting grilled, mix mayonnaise and onion and keep aside.
3) After the bread gets grilled, spread 2 tablespoon mayonnaise onion mixture on the bread slices.
4) Over this, spread 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese.
5) Spread 1 teaspoon butter on top of this and microwave this for 1 Minute or until the cheese starts bubbling.
6) Garnish with Italian seasoning.
Note: Serve this hot with a cup of tea, coffee or freshly extracted fruit juice.
