Being a foodie, I experiment a lot in my kitchen. I mix various types of ingredients to create new recipes. These recipes just come to my mind while cooking another dish and the new dish turns up mind-blowing. I love to take risk in the kitchen and I believe that we should take risks in life. Like I once got Sriracha sauce from the US. I always cook lots of fish in my kitchen. One fine day I simply fried the king fish in sriracha sauce and it turned yummy.

You can explore a new world of food. Food is not just something with which we can fill our stomachs, but it is something by which we can discover a new culture. For e.g. I am a Goan and I would love to taste and know more about Vietnamese cuisine. Food is an adventure in this century and that is the reason why you get to see lots of foodies around the world. The entire social media is flooded with foodies. You see people sharing a lot about food which maybe pictures or recipes or cooking tips, etc. and a lot more people are still interested in knowing more about it.
I came across a
video in which Vir Sanghvi and Chef Vikas Khanna mentioned something like foodventures. A foodventure means an experiment with food of which you are uncertain. You might not know the taste of the dish after reading about the dish or by looking at it. But as soon as you get to taste it, you just love it and you felt glad that you took that brave risk. Axis Bank is coming up with an online destination for the ultimate foodies to experience the thrill of discovering how contrasting flavors can create a whole new sensation of taste. A journey with food which is unforgettable.
Some experiments that I did in my kitchen are idli sandwich where we simply to slice the idlis horizontally and stuff it with any filling like chocolate. An idli stuffed with spicy pepper prawns would taste delicious. This dish will be a hit everywhere. I also once stuffed prawns inside mushrooms and this dish was perfect… and did you think about making waffles with pakoda batter? Simply we can have these waffles with chutney or ketchup. Also making onion pakodas in appe pan without the batter tastes yummy.
